If your product has a quality issue (such as defective weaving, broken accessories, or wrong items) and the product itself is undamaged, unused, and in its original condition (not affecting secondary sale), we will cover the return shipping cost and issue a full refund or send a replacement—whichever you prefer.
If you want to return the product for reasons other than quality issues (such as changing your mind or incorrect size estimation), you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Please contact our customer service first to confirm the return process before sending the product back. Once we receive and inspect the returned item (ensuring it meets the return conditions), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
